Our Blatchford taproom and production facility is where it all began. The Growlery isn’t polished or pretty — it’s raw, loud, and a reflection of us. The brewhouse is always working; in front of it, pints, flights and growler fills roll out to whoever found their way here.
This is the space for trying what’s fresh and realizing your new favourite beer was probably brewed 30 feet from your table. We built this place to feel honest: good beer, no gimmicks, and just enough chaos to keep it interesting.
